With over two decades of experience in Executive Search and HR consultancy across the APAC region, Celia brings a wealth of expertise. Having lived and worked in Taiwan and Shanghai, she played a pivotal role in multiple startups within the Executive Search sector.
She has successfully led and completed confidential strategic assignments with cross-disciplinary teams, collaborating closely with HR leaders on talent management in organisations undergoing growth and transformation. Her proficiency extends to both pure Retainer and hybrid Retainer/Contingency models, specialising in mid to senior-level and strategic hires.
As a seasoned business leader, Celia has effectively managed resources and established enduring relationships with clients and talents over the past two decades. Prior to her Executive Search career, she also gained foundational experience at ESSO, AVX, and ARTHUR & ANDERSEN in commercial functions, cultivating a robust network within the industrial and business consulting sectors.

Having worked in the search industry since the early 2000s, Conny specialises in Executive Search for startups and growing ventures, as well as enterprises undergoing digital transformation. She has adeptly sourced leadership talent and assembled teams across diverse markets, including China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Middle East.
